Your 1st Semester/Year fees will be sent to your college/institute after you and the co-applicant sign the agreement. But for the remaining fees you will have to request for subsequent payment.

In which you will have to upload your passing certificate or marksheet on the portal of MNSSBY. If both these are not there then upload bonafide or promotion letter.
Like you are requesting for fees for the second (2nd) Semester/Year. So you have to upload the passing certificate or marksheet of first (1st) Semester/Year.
If both these are not there then bonafide or promotion letter in which it is clearly written that the student has passed the first (1st) Semester/Year will have to be uploaded.
Method to request for subsequent payment under Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme (BSCCS)
To request for subsequent payment in Bihar Student Credit Card (BSCC) scheme, first login to the portal of MNSSBY.

After logging in, click on menu. If you have desktop mode on in desktop or mobile, then you will get the option of Subsequent Payment at the top, click on it.

On clicking Next Payment, a new page will open in which you have to enter some information and upload some documents. They are as follows:

- Passing certificate or marksheet, if both are not there then bonafide or promotion letter.
- Course completion date (month and year only)
- Declaration document
- OTP will come on the mobile number linked to your Aadhaar (UIDAI).
